Who are Niki and Manu?
Many already know them from their viral stories on YouTube, their lessons about history, culture, and values, and their sweet and curious way of seeing the world. But what most people don’t know is that Niki and Manu are real.
Yes, they are two real-life sisters. They live in a peaceful, nature-filled corner of southern Switzerland with their parents, their dog, and their cat. They love exploring, cooking with Grandma, inventing things, and traveling through time with their imagination. Every story we share is based on real-life moments. Sometimes, we add a touch of creativity—music, drawings, or small twists—to protect their identity and make the stories even more magical.
🎨 A Heartfelt Idea
Aunt Carmela, an artist and educator, created their illustrated versions so they could share their adventures safely, without revealing their faces. That’s how the animated characters Niki and Manu were born, with their real personalities, dreams, and hairstyles faithfully captured.
Niki, with her two blonde pigtails, is brave, curious, and dreams of becoming an architect. Manu is more thoughtful, loves science and nature. Together, they explore the world and discover how to grow with empathy and joy.
